The term "Academy" has a long tradition. Plato used the term Academia for his teaching activities in Ancient Greece. And since Plato's allegory of the Cave is the inspiration for my professional activities, it is appropriate to use the term for this school.
This school is focused on success. More specifically, making companies, professionals, and individual people more successful.
This school has two departments:
Department 1: Professionals in corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, and other organizations (my typical consulting clients)
The classes offered focus on two important topics:
- Advanced inflation management
- Future Anticipation and Management: Reducing the chances of being hit by adverse surprises through advanced future anticipation and management techniques
Department 2: Individuals
During my time with top organizations such as McKinsey, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank, I developed a strong background in people development.
The classes offered in this department seek to help individuals to turn their performance from average to great.
These classes are based on real experiences and serious studies in many different fields including psychology and neuroscience.
